Position Title: Customer Relations Manager
Department: Administration
Reports To: Vice President of Customer Relations

Summary Description:
To Maintain and develop client-business relationships and ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to)
• Manage relationships with clients and internal team
• Coordinate service activities and collaborate with team members
• Fulfill client requests and deal with service related issues
• Prepare proposals, reports and presentations for client meetings
• Set up and maintain detailed client files
• Assist in researching prospects and learning about existing client base by gathering information that leads to future businesses
• Manage the response to inquiries from clients personally and professionally to ensure prompt and appropriate follow-up
• Travel 30% of the time to meet clients on site and at professional functions

• B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• Minimum of 5+ years experience in account management
• Proven sales experience and client retention results
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Able to Learn new concepts, applications and technologies quickly

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong business development, negotiation, and influencing skills
• The ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues to non-technical people web security .
